Improved Chromatograph Results

This unit can provide both hydrogen gas and zero grade air to FID detectors on Gas Chromatographs. Hydrogen gas is produced from deionised water using a Proton Exchange Membrane Technology. Zero air is produced by purifying compressed air sourced from the air network to a total hydrocarbon concentration of < 0.05 ppm (measured as methane). The H2/AIR FID Station combine the hydrogen serie FID-lLC-H2 and Zero air serie ZA generators in one unit. Units are complete systems with highly reliable components engineered for easy installation, operation, and long term performance.

Ultra Zero Air Lab Gas Generators from F-DGSi

Efficient Hydrocarbon-free Air

F-DGS’s Ultra Zero Air Generators, available with or without compressor, are some of the most efficient Hydrocarbon-free air purifier systems for laboratory use. Utilising the PSA technology to remove water vapour and the heated catalyst technology to remove THC including methane to less than 0.05 ppm. This Ultra Zero Air station does not require an external compressed air supply. The Generator is controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen technology to display the process in real time.

The F-DGS's TOC Air Generators, available with or without compressor, utilise a heated catalyst technology which is combined with a CO2 removal air dryer to remove THC including methane to less than 0.05 ppm and CO2 less than 1ppm. This TOC air station is also controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen technology to display the process in real time.

The F-DGS-i Purge Gas Generator, with built-in compressor, is specifically designed for use with FT-IR spectrometers to provide a purified purge and air bearing gas supply from compressed air. The unit provides instruments with CO2 free compressed air at less than -70°C dew point with no suspended impurities larger than 0.01 microns.
