Ultra Zero Air Lab Gas Generators from F-DGSi

Efficient Hydrocarbon-free Air

F-DGS’s Ultra Zero Air Generators, available with or without compressor, are some of the most efficient Hydrocarbon-free air purifier systems for laboratory use. Utilising the PSA technology to remove water vapour and the heated catalyst technology to remove THC including methane to less than 0.05 ppm. This Ultra Zero Air station does not require an external compressed air supply. The Generator is controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen technology to display the process in real time.

The F-DGS's TOC Air Generators, available with or without compressor, utilise a heated catalyst technology which is combined with a CO2 removal air dryer to remove THC including methane to less than 0.05 ppm and CO2 less than 1ppm. This TOC air station is also controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen technology to display the process in real time.

The F-DGS-i Purge Gas Generator, with built-in compressor, is specifically designed for use with FT-IR spectrometers to provide a purified purge and air bearing gas supply from compressed air. The unit provides instruments with CO2 free compressed air at less than -70°C dew point with no suspended impurities larger than 0.01 microns.

  • MAESTRO HF series : with max. output of 50 L/min of N2 gas
