ZEPHYR II brings on-site customised gas standard preparation to a compact footprint. Thanks to its embedded AlySoft and 7″ touch interface, Zephyr can be installed exactly where you need it: on a bench, in a mobile lab or next to the analyser. It is used for applications that involve only two gases, such as multi-point calibration from a concentrated standard plus diluent.
The interface is intuitive and fully automated: run a single injection or a pre-programmed sequence. AlySoft computes the target flows, calculates uncertainty of the final concentration (considering MFC flows and parent gas certificate) and logs events for traceability.
Smart Sequence Builder creates multi-point curves in one click — choose number of points, start/stop concentrations, and the software generates the levels automatically. Optional battery guarantees up to 6 hours of uninterrupted operation in the field or during mains cut-off.
