Service Contract – Service Levels
Gold Breakdown Service:
Fully comprehensive includes unlimited breakdown call-outs covering all labour, travel and accommodation, all service parts, unlimited telephone, email and TeamViewer technical support, excludes consumables, response time = 2 working days, detailed visit report is always forwarded to the end-user or supervisor
Silver Breakdown Service:
Comprehensive includes unlimited breakdown call-outs covering all labour, travel and accommodation, unlimited telephone, email and TeamViewer technical support, but excludes all service parts and consumables, response time = 2 working days, detailed visit report is always forwarded to the end-user or supervisor
Bronze Breakdown Service:
Includes a number of customer nominated pre-purchased breakdown call-outs covering the labour, travel, accommodation, unlimited telephone, email and TeamViewer technical support, but excludes all service parts and consumables, response time = 2 working days, detailed visit report is always forwarded to the end-user or supervisor.
